- Chipton Ross is seeking a Recruiter for an opening in El Segundo, CA
This person will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates in the Aerospace Division, including but not limited to screening resumes and interviewing qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers, facilitating interview and hiring discussions and driving the offer and onboarding processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
" Performs recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluates candidates for all open positions. Maintains records related to same.
" Partner with Hiring Mangers in an effort to understand the business and its hiring needs
" Work closely with internal Human Resources team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals
" Identify potential candidates through internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
" Utilize social media and networking sites to proactively seek candidates
" Participate in job fair efforts as needed
" Perform and document reference checks
" Perform other Human Resources related duties, as required.
" Bachelor's degree
" A minimum of 3 years of related experience
" Experience using an applicant tracking system (iCIMS experience is a plus)
" Exceptional interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
" Ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates and business partners
" Experience with Microsoft Office
" Highly responsive to incoming communication with the ability and drive large-volume turnaround requests within a short period of time
" Successful track record in matching/ sourcing candidates and persuasive selling style when interacting with candidates
" Demonstrated ability to work within federal, state and local guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity
Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
