Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for an opening in Swedesboro, NJ.

The Track and Trace Specialist is responsible for the day to day tracking of all customer shipments.

Address all issues that arise during the tracking process with a manager as well as the operations team to meet and/or exceed customers’ expectations. You must be proactive in tracking, problem resolutions to every customer need. Be able to identify and evaluate any special tracking needs or requirements for each customer. Updating customer spreadsheets and software needs in a timely manner to ensure customer metrics are up to date. This occurs throughout the day as the tracking process happens and needs change. Accurate data must be entered to ensure proper tracking. Manage a high-volume of emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure and fast-paced situations. Build positive relationships to best maximize the experience, productivity, ease in communication, on-time delivery percentages, and achieve top-tier customer service. Resolve all conflicts, problems, and requests with respect. Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with good manufacturing practices in all areas of responsibility. Partner with other members of the Team to address all operational issues and/or opportunities. Assists in key decisions pertaining to Customer Service, Planning, and Relations. Provides recommendations to management pertaining to operations, safety, the scope of services, technology, or any other aspect of the job that may contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Participate in meetings as required. Interaction with multiple departments as required. Perform additional tasks as requested by management. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Reporting & Analysis.

Knowledge of courier, transportation, tracking, and logistics experience preferred. Professionalism and customer service skills a must. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently operate a telephone and computer. Proficient in Excel and Word. Self-motivated and disciplined. Problem resolution and analytical ability. Creative thinking. Multi-tasking and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as a team.

Physical Demands / Workplace Setting:
Must be physically able to: Sit & stand for extended periods of time. Office based position. Use hands/fingers to effectively operate a computer system. Communicate clearly. Have clear vision

Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field preferred (or 4 years of relevant experience)

Days 9-5.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
