- Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist 5's located in Hazelwood, MO.
Prepares, coordinates, and perform internal Earned Value Management system reviews and surveillance. Help to prepare multifunctional program team, including Finance Analysts, Schedule analysts, and CAMs, for EVMS reviews. Have familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) Earned Value Management System Implementation Guide (EVMSIG) and DCMA DECM metrics. Perform detailed data analysis of program schedule data including metrics to evaluate EVM compliance risks. Perform mock interviews of CAMs to identify compliance risk. Provide guidance and coaching on development of internal CARs/CAPs to address identified compliance risks. Present internal surveillance findings to program leadership and personnel.
Candidates should have a desire to learn and willing to dive in to help in a very dynamic organization.
•Experience using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Cobra, Acumen, Excel, Access and OneNote
•Coordinate with program IP&S and Finance users to evaluate Earned Value date & compliance
•Troubleshooting technical schedule and process issues
•Coordinate issues with the core process and tools teams
•Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) subject matter expertise
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
•Ability to obtain U.S. Current Secret Clearance (US Citizenship Required)
•3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining CSPR/COBRA/OPP systems
•3+ years of experience troubleshooting technical system issues
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
•Program planning and scheduling experience
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements
•Experience with EVM surveillance, Corrective Action Requests, Corrective Action Plans
•Experience conducting compliance interviews
•Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to get a U.S. Top Secret Clearance if needed
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
