Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 2 for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.
Development and maintenance of complex simulation environment necessary for modelling MSE missile segment integration with Patriot weapon systems. Development of real time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation for tactical software checkout. Configuration management and Request for Change (RFC) processing.
Development of mathematical models that represent missile 6-DoF, system radar and environment. Experience in one or more of C++, FORTRAN, Ada, scripting languages (Perl, Python). Experience with revision control applications (SVN, Git, RCS, etc.). Experience with UNIX or Linux Operating Systems. Desired experience with CORBA and socket communications. Familiarity with MATLAB or similar tool. Configuration management tools such as Git. Willingness to commit to long term position and desire to progress to higher levels of responsibility.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

This is an onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
