Chipton-Ross is seeking an UX Analyst for an opening in Remote, US.
The candidate for this position will perform User-Centered Design activities in support of internal Enterprise-wide projects that are based on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Software As A Service (SaaS) products.
As a member of the User Experience (UX) team, you will serve as the end-user advocate and perform User-Centered Design activities including task analysis, persona development, journey maps, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and heuristic reviews.
User Research responsibilities include planning/recruiting/conducting rapid quantitative and qualitative user studies, analyzing the data, then presenting findings/recommendations to internal business customers and technical teams.
Candidates must have professional working experience performing user-centered design activities on Agile projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be proficient working in a Microsoft Window environment and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
Demonstrated experience with project management, customer engagements, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously must be evident through work history.
Candidates must be able to virtually share work samples and talk through their experience in these areas.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work experience must be as a professional employed as a User Experience Analyst/Designer/Researcher or Human Factors Engineer (not as a student or intern).

BS/MS with applicable experience.
