Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Workday Configuration Specialist for an opening in Remote, IL.

Provide thought leadership in automation / validation practices for data/config attributes updates for annual processes (ACR, Open Enrollment, etc.)
Improve efficiency and practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Establishing industry leading to optimize our processes related to requirement management, prototyping, and testing.
Workday HR (i.e., Core HCM, Ben/Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Performance)
Act as a Workday System Configurator and system analyst in the Compensation area
Support additional Workday HR module areas as needed (Core HCM, Ben/Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Performance)
Responsible for Tier 3 incident support as part of the Enterprise help chain
Responsible for Configuration Analysis, design, Configuration changes, testing the solutions work and do not cause downstream issues
Provide content configuration (help text, notifications, offer letter updates)
Update Fields in Workday – understand the impacts of those updates across the system network
Plan, setup and execute mass data updates through EIB and MOM processes
Workday troubleshooting, issue investigation and resolution
Coordinate changes thru the HR Governance process
Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving business and technology problems

Accredited advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
