Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst 4 for an opening in Remote, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Identify & analyze project candidates for automation eligibility
o Plan, workshop, & design automation configurations
o Configure automation solutions & test for quality
o Complete user-acceptance testing with process subject matter experts
o Implement completed process configurations & monitor during stabilization period
o Perform routine and ad hoc maintenance to implemented processes


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o 3+ years of RPA/Blue Prism experience
o Completion of Blue Prism Foundations training course
o Experience partnering with diverse stakeholder, including executives and senior leaders, GPO, IT, and the Enterprise BPA COE
o Ability to thrive in a team environment that requires daily collaboration

PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a growth mindset
o Experience with SAFe Agile, specifically as a Dev Team member
o Builder of strong cross-functional relationships

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor’s degree


WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
