Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Technician for an opening in Manassas, VA
Extensive experience in the test, tune, and troubleshoot of a variety complex electronic equipment.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Ability to work from schematics, engineering drawings and both written or verbal instructions.
Operates related electronic equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect components before assembly or Test and may require to preform rework of production units.
Record testing data and analyze results to determine whether products meet quality standards
Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
Maintain testing methods and equipment
Assemble and calibrate testing equipment
Use testing data to recommend improvements to the production process

Experience using mathematical concepts such as ratios and fractions.
Ability to define problems verbally and in writing
Experience analyzing data and drawing valid conclusions from that data
BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
4/10- 1st Shift
