Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Management Specialist 3 for an opening in Joint Base Charleston, SC.
Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
Assists with data requirements/data management processes.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data.
1+ year of experience in a Data Management role creating, processing, and delivering data.
3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
1+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads and delivery schedules.
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience working in the Common Contracts System (CCS)
2+ years experience creating and submitting CDRL letters
Accredited advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
