Provides feedback on SOP's and helps identify shortcomings and proficiencies
Tracks breakage data to identify potential Quality Assurance issues
Retrains & maintains vendor knowledge on our processes and POS items
Monitor customer service satisfaction with vendor
Support with vendor requests
Continues ideation and implementation of business support projects
Identifies software enhancements
General project support
Run daily Open Case Report
Maintain accurate data/daily requests in case management system
Ensures trackers are updated accurately and regularly
Experience in a function related to logistics, warehousing, or transportation with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and materials management preferred
Managed multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with technological systems and databases
Ability to work under pressure, in time sensitive operations, and in a fast-paced environment
Accreddited Associates Degree or higher preferred
Accredited High School Diploma/GED required.
PART-TIME (approximately 15 hrs)
WORK HOURS: Monday-Wednesday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
