Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Control Asst Level 2 for an opening in Chelmsford, MA.

SUMMARY:
The Production Control Asst Spec position supports the manufacturing floor with production control tasks. Works with Manufacturing Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Program Manager, etc. to prevent issues and resolve problems that may arise. Help to keep Kanban inventory accurate and assists with Kanban cycle counts as needed. Supports team in Performance Management Teams and process improvements. Fills out weekly Kit Release Plan to keep correct amount of WIP on the floor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work Self-starter Ability to determine priorities without frequent supervisory input Experience in manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Kanban system Experience handling electronic components

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
