Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Documentation Administrator for an opening in Allentown, PA.

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual with knowledge of Smartsheets to help implement the use of Smartsheets at the site. Candidate should have working knowledge in the set up and administrative portion of the program. This opportunity will also allow the candidate to gain additional experience in Good Documentation Practices within our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other responsibilities will include administrator duties within our document management system (Documentum) and our training system (SuccessFactors), creation of logbooks and archival of GMP documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
M-F onsite - 8 hours daily - 1st shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
