Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Aircraft Mechanics for an opening in Mesa, AZ.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintain repairs and modify aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty.
•Maintain and repair aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
•Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions.
•Apply required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation.
•Apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals.
•Access aircraft data via computer systems and initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests.
•Perform all maintenance and repair tasks within the budgeted hours and scheduled time allotted for completion.
•Clearly and precisely document all maintenance and repair actions using electronic or written means.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
•1+ years of experience with at least one of the following: drivetrain, flight controls, structural components and mechanic assemblies
•1+ years of experience as an aircraft mechanic
•1+ years with interpreting technical documentation (blueprints or manufactures’ manuals)
•Must be able to work any shift, overtime and holidays as required

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
•AH-64 aircraft maintenance experience

EDUCATION:
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: Must be able to work any shift, overtime and holidays as require.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
