Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Coordinator for an opening in Pittsburg, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations - Sales Compensation, the Document Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining compensation program documents. This individual will ensure that documents are correct and accurate, and will keep documents organized and up to date. Part of this will involve transitioning already created program documents from MS PowerPoint format to MS Word format, so advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is essential for this position. In addition, this individual will coordinate the translation of documents from English into other languages. The individual will not be responsible for the translation themselves, but will be expected to work with outside translation services to ensure that translations are completed according to schedule. The individual right for this position will exhibit high attention to detail, pride is producing timely and accurate work, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:
MS Powerpoint Intermediate 2-4 years. MS Word Advanced 2-4 years.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED

Full-Time
Days

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
