Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Employee Development Spec 3/Instructor for an opening in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of Aerospace Manufacturing experience
• Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates

PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with Structural, Quality, Systems, etc. Skills
• Experience coaching and developing others
• Professional certification(s) in aerospace manufacturing and lean
• Electrical and quality assurance
• Skills and experience in the following areas:
o Wing/Spar Structure Assembly
o Coaching
o Instruction
o Curriculum Design
o Needs Assessment and Job Analysis

EDUCATION:
Accredited advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).


WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
