Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer
for an opening in St. Charles, MO.

The purpose of this Systems Engineering team is to work with all product teams, to develop, track, and mature system level and team level requirements, interface control documents, requirement verification methods, verification approach and verification success criteria.

Ensure that the system and subsystem designs meet their performance requirements
Technical Lead, review, direct and coordinate Systems Engineering activities at the subsystem level
Act as primary point of contact for Systems Engineering related activities to Subsystem Product teams
Work with product teams to develop and track subsystem requirements
Track and coordinate verification activities
Coordinate and review supplier Statements of Work (SOWs)
Help develop Integrated Master Plans (IMPs)/Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
Help product teams develop and coordinate Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Interface Change Notices (ICNs)
Assist in final weapon system and subsystem performance evaluation and specification verification

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
5+ years of professional experience Systems Engineering
Prior experience, knowledge working Systems Engineering activities on military applications or aircraft applications.
Systems Engineering experience using tools such as DOORS, BORIS, and other common tools

Accredited Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

Potential for 10% or less domestic travel.

WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
