Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager for an opening in Fort Woth, TX

The successful candidate will lead a high performing multi-site, multiprogram team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. Travel is required with as much as 2 trips per month, often to Palmdale or Marietta. Knowledge of various open architecture initiatives in both embedded and ground-based environments is desired. Extensive knowledge of client's advanced technologies and current integration experience is desired, including systems engineering, system architecture, and software and systems development. The individual will need to be a proven leader with previous skills and experience managing similar groups of multidisciplinary engineers. Existing experience with Electronic Warfare, Radio Frequency systems, and Joint All Domain Operational concepts is ideal.
The Spectrum Warfare Deputy PM will be required to work with peers in the Battlespace Integration portfolio and will be expected to capture and shape Internal Research and Development (IRAD) Funds from multiple organizations within slient. The SW Deputy PM will also be responsible for capturing and executing CRADs from multiple US Government customers . The Deputy PM will be responsible for managing a team of technical software and system architects, project managers, and engineers that will execute the programs within the PM’s portfolio. The Deputy PM will coordinate across multiple Business Areas and Industry Partners and must form strong working relationships to accomplish our customer’s missions.
Responsibilities also include:
• Budget tracking and program staffing
• Technical execution of IRAD and CRAD projects, and research and business pursuits
• Developing technology roadmaps and providing strategic guidance for technology related areas
• Identify, pursue and manage internal and customer sponsored research and development programs
• Interface with client, other client business units, and external customers and suppliers to develop new technologies and transition them to client programs
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to senior management and external customers

Desired skills :
• Experience using C++

• Atlassian Tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)

• Experience with Joint All Domain Operational concepts and development activities

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Science related discipline.
