Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
Job Description Qualifications:
The B-52/ASC2/ETSS programs are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our Systems Integration Laboratory team in Oklahoma City. In this role, the successful candidate with be providing support for development of the RMP/CERP/AWACS/AEWC/ETSS SILs as well as provide oversight in the areas of Electronic Warfare integration and overall Labs RIO management. The SILs laboratories to be used for software development, integration and testing.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify system and subsystem requirements.
Develops system test plans and creates requirement verification links to test procedures in DOORS.
Works with multi-disciplinary team to track progress of system development and availability to support test activities.
Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.
Assists with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
Coordinates the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
Resolves cross-functional technical issues

* Accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and 5 or more years' experience.
* 2+ years’ experience with Systems Engineering principles
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience with Radar systems development and test
* Experience with electronic warfare integration
* Experience with BORIS

WORK HOURS: 7:00AM-3:30PM
6 months possible extension
This position requires that you work on-site in OKC, candidate must be local or willing to relocate at own expense
