Chipton-Ross is seeking three Test Engineer 2's for an opportunity in Dulles, VA.

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Utilizing the agile software development methodology, the tester will be responsible for testing in all phases of the agile lifecycle. Specifically, the tester will be responsible for all quality and testing activities on the team to include writing test plans, creating test cases as necessary, demonstrating release capabilities to stakeholders and providing level of efforts to management.
Responsible for reporting and tracking defects found during testing cycles and communicating test progress.
Responsible for understanding and analyzing user stories, testing to acceptance criteria and ensuring the software implements functionality as specified by the stories.

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant software or systems test experience
Space Domain or Satellite experience is highly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.

5/40 work week. Located in Dulles, VA but will consider El Segundo, CA or Cincinnati, OH
