Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accounting Assistant 3 for an opportunity in Bloomington, MN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an Accounts Payable department. Verifies accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Enters data into ImageNow and Deltek Costpoint using defined computer programs. Reconciles AP records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors. Researches, escalates, and resolves Accounts Payable inquiries.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Individual must be able to communicate effectively with both internal customers and external vendors; An understanding of the Accounts Payable process is preferred, but not required.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
