Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Supplier Program Mgmt 4 for an opportunity in San Antonio, TX or Seattle, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities. Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Conducts and guides supplier assessments. Develops current and projected work statement. Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans. Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Develops and executes work movement plans.

Position Responsibilities:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
More than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.
More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

More than 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
More than 3 years of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
More than 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions.
More than 5 years of experience in program management within supplier management.
More than 5 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

WORK HOURS: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Full-Time/First Shift

TRAVEL: YES
Up to 25% domestic travel required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position is for 1st shift.

MISCELLANEOUS:
