Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 8 Product Acceptance Specialist Bs located in North Charleston, SC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Engages with FSCC and Chronic Issues Team (CIT) to drive area improvements. Builds effective resource plans that support SOW execution and milestone completion with team and crew coordination. Identifies and communicates risks to First Line Leader with efficiency. Participates in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectives.
Monitors and reports daily progress to plan across multiple functions. Works with other support organizations and First Line Leader to mitigate performance risk. Verifies documents and communicates shift turnover. Plans for work statement changes and daily/weekend/holiday overtime requirements. Supports teammates to improve their job performance including identifying training and provide OJT. Primary support for customer item defect management. Supports coordination with FSCC for non-conformance resolution. Resolves problems during operation and testing of deliverable products. Document inspection results. Verifies accuracy of work performed. Identifies KPI and LMS Kaizan improvement actions, and follows up with actions and tasks associated at weekly Kamishibai and Gemba walks. Performs work when necessary to cover for absenteeism and to maintain customer needs build schedules.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience in performing audits, compliance, reviews, and technical reviews
2+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision etc)

Must have/be able to obtain Confined Space Certification and Fall Protection Certification. Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
1- 5:00 am
2- 2:30 pm
3- 10:00 pm
*Current need is (2) 1st shift and (2) 2nd shift, but candidates should be available to work any shift as business needs change
