Chipton-Ross is seeking a EE Technical Designer 3 for an opening in Tukwila, WA.
o Develops, maintains and releases electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying company, industry and governmental standards.
o Using design tools prepares documentation and incorporates design changes.
o Creates, develops and maintains systems designs by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and assisting in identifying design discrepancies.
o Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities.
o Develops and maintains product installation designs and part designs ranging from simple to moderately complex.
o Coordinates activities and products with internal partners and external suppliers.
o Works under general direction.

• Engr Knowledge/Comprehension
• Wiring/Equip Install Design
• At least 3 ot 5 years working experience
• Experience with airplane derivative a plus
• Experience with electrical design tools, specifically WIRS and Mapper
• Experience with commercial airplane design is a plus
Accredited advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
