Chipton-Ross is seeking an IT Project Manager for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who would be involved in Client implementation. The Project Manager would be acting as a technical lead for onboarding new B2B Customers and maintaining existing connections.

Driving B2B channel growth through launching new B2B connections and optimization of existing B2B connections. Acting as technical project lead for establishing and maintaining B2B connections. Providing escalated support for B2B operations. Providing global support for regional counterparts. Maximizing project management output by acquiring projects within an agreed schedule and setting customer expectations. Working as a team member on special projects as needed. Working with our vendors for B2B integration needs.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Care, eCommerce, and/or Marketing. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Have effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to learn quickly and be eager to continue learning. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including working with virtual team members. Experience developing cross-functional internal relations working relationships (IT, eBusiness, Customer Care, Sales etc.). Experience developing relationships with multiple customer functions including Procurement, Finance, and Operations, and end-users. Ability to see improvement opportunities and address with creative solutions. Ability and willingness to take on various assignments in a fast-paced organization. Working knowledge of customer procurement systems and practices including B2B, B2C, SC, etc. Experience in Life Science industry. Project Management experience is preferred. eCommerce and/or B2B and EDI experience is preferred.

Accredited BA or BS or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
