Chipton-Ross is seeking a Configuration Analyst 1 for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

Under supervision, this position will be responsible for reviewing and submitting proprietary and technical or non-technical data to a domestic entity such as a customer or supplier using the in-house Configuration Data Management (CDM) Data Submittal tool. Will also be supporting some international data submittals. May be asked to perform a variety of routine engineering documentation release functions to include maintaining and updating digital files, verifying status of documentation and maintaining/updating database files. Other activities will include interfacing and coordinating with program managers, customers, suppliers, planners, design team members, and other various departments of the company. It is common for these tasks to be performed in support the various program milestones and key delivery dates.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• One to five years of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform a high volume of data entry in a fast-paced atmosphere with a high degree of accuracy. Data entry is performed utilizing Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.
• Ability to work on a team or independently as needed.
• Some experience with SharePoint and Siemens Teamcenter (TcUA) is desired.

Desired Skills:
• Solid skill level in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent decision making capability to make timely decisions with the information at hand.
• Able to support a variety of programs and support in preparation for major milestone reviews on programs.
• Able to support various programs and projects with extended work hours that includes weekdays and weekends.
• Able to communicate clearly – both verbally and in writing, effectively to management and cross functional team members.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing, short turn-around environment.
• Willing to learn new tasks and new responsibilities in the engineering and operations domain.

High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

In office position, 9/80 work schedule. The position can transition to hybrid, some days remote, some days in the office during each week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
