Chipton Ross is seeking 2 System Administrator 2's in Colorado Springs, CO.

Assists in the system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture. Provides support for the design, validation and implementation of changes to computing delivery systems. Performs system monitoring and backup and restore procedures to ensure system and data availability. Administers users system access to meet security requirements. Performs problem resolution as appropriate.

Support for the Space Command and Control (SC2) Program portfolio as as System Administrator responsible for closed area lab.

Update and Perform weekly system continuous monitoring

Support weekly STIG scans using SCAP and STIGviewer. Including uploading current STIG benchmarks

Support active system Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)

Assist in quarterly ACAS (Nessus) scans

A Security+, a CISSP certification, or equivalent Cyber Security certification

l Minimum 1 year of experience working with Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
