Chipton-Ross is seeking a Painter for an opening in Garden Grove, CA.

o Define best practices for the Fill & Fair and Prime & Paint process across all Client Cabin sites worldwide
o Implement best practices related to the Fill & Fair and Prime & Paint processes; ensure standardization, and develop related documentation and training
o Develop and implement next generation processes, prepare advance technology, and transition from manual processes towards automation
o Measure performance across sites in these processes and work with Production staff to address problems
o Training Production staff on new Fill & Fare and Prime & Paint processes
o Serve as the Client Cabin expert for the Fill & Fair and Prime & Paint processes, with the willingness to join the Client Expert network as a Fill & Fair and Prime & Paint Expert
o Act as the focal for Industrialization on Fill & Fare and Prime & Paint processes as required during the development of our products ensuring that the best practices, materials, and processes are used in our designs
o Champion and implement Lean principles
o Lead and participate in Kaizen and 3P events to develop improvement plans

Experience: 0-2 years

Entry-level job with little or no prior relevant experience

Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy

Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated skills.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
