Chipton-Ross is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for an opening in Miami, FL.

-Requires travel to various stores in the area.
- Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and standard ordering procedures for all products across designated stores.
- Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for all in-store inventory processes
- Validates and ensures accuracy of planograms.
- Executes and coaches team members on inventory management processes including but not limited to creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
- Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes and promotions. Responsible for executing basic accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks across all displays in designated stores
- Maintains accurate inventory counts - Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, and overstock locations
- Helps to prepare for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities, including but not limited to preparing sales floor & stockroom.
- Knowledgeable of all store systems and equipment.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers and employees - Completes any additional activities and other tasks as assigned when necessary.

- In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, responsible and accountable for noting any opportunities related to sales on assigned point-of-sale system (POS), including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, etc. Any opportunities impeding deliveries, execution, or any standard business operations must be documented

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
