Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Assistant for an opening in King Of Prussia, PA.
1.Manage samples under jurisdiction
2.Working in conjunction with technical staff, complete requested analytical testing in a timely manner
3.Report data in the form of written report. Provide data analysis only in context of submitted samples
4.Modify existing methodologies as required to complete analysis
5.Advise staff of needs (supplies, training) required to successfully complete analysis
6.Complete other departmental tasks as required
7.Participate in departmental meetings and meetings with clients.
2 years industrial or research lab experience
Capability to communicate with peers, management and internal customers.
Proficient with computers
Basic knowledge of chemical and laboratory safety principles
2 years of industrial experience desired, familiarity with analytical techniques preferred
A minimum of a AS Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Technology (BS is a Plus)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
