Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Mangement Spec 3 for a remote opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain project plans for Launch Support Systems development, production and testing.
Coordinate and integrate project schedule with external stakeholders and customer.
Coordinate with engineering and program management personnel to manage completion of design, engineering, parts and material procurements, production and test schedules, and deliveries to the next level of assembly.
Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SOFTWARE SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in engineering project planning or project management
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field
Experience using Microsoft Project

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS:8:00AM - 5:00PM
Full-Time/First Shift

MISCELLANEOUS:

100% remote but local candidate preferred

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
