Chipton Ross is seeking a Data Administrator for an opening in Brea, CA

The Data Administrator I is responsible for working with various groups within the organization to ensure that the data being entered into the SPI Business Systems is complete and accurate. The role also includes the responsibility of importing data for legacy programs.
Utilize administrator tools to identify sources of incorrect or incomplete data
Work with departments within the organization to either get a commitment for when the data will be updated, or assist in updating the data
Follow-up on commitments made by departments to maintain their data
Transfer data from legacy artifacts (PDF, Excel) into the Database
Help both the users and developers improve the Data Process by looking for trends of issues
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

1-3 years of experience working in a similar role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be detail orientated, meticulous and take ownership of responsibilities
Must be a team player and a self-motivated, independent contributor

Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and detail oriented
Ability to efficiently resolve problems
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Ability to work independently

High School Diploma or GED required

No Travel Required

Work Schedule
1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
