Chipton-Ross is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for an opening in St. Louis, MO.

Provide HR support and coaching to managers on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development. Ensure effective talent management including recruitment to support the organization's rapid growth. Assist managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and support of employees to continuously develop their skills in their field of work. Promote use of the Colleague Service Center to solicit HR process/functional advice. Partner with site, HR shared services, and Business leaders to coordinate and provide guidance on site activities, and drive employee engagement. Responsible for remaining up to date on relevant US, and state employment laws and other human resources compliance issues. Collaborate with other peers, subject matter experts and field HR reps to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner

3+ years of HR experience. Must have demonstrable track record in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations...) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience using a HRIS data base and reporting application. Proficient with Workday platform. Successful candidates will be highly collaborative, results focused, and have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. Strong analysis, problem solving, decision making, and influencing skills. Excellent influencing skills, along with ability to build positive professional relationships. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, and follow up on projects and issues. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies to include state and Federal labor laws

Accredited Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resources or a business-related field required


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
