Efficiently manage day-to-day problems, and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear next steps. Recognize operational management systems and tools (estimating, financial tracking, time tracking, project timeline applications, etc.) adjusting the tools and resources as the need arises to optimally lead each project. Deliver multiple, often concurrent projects: accurate, on time or early, on or under budget, all while meeting or exceeding creative objectives and expectations.

Relationship Management
Solid ability to uphold positive team environments. Day-to-day creative team point-of-contact for project-related tasks, proactively discussing, setting, and managing expectations on an ongoing basis throughout a project. Build strong working relationships with both Studio and business team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and advisor
