Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter for a REMOTE opportunity.

" As a sourcing recruiting they will be responsible for working with the recruiting team to align and meet our hiring goals by applying creativity and innovation to voerinthe best talent to join Aerospace.

" for Cold Calling- seeking candidate with specific skills
" Screening passive candidates
" Capture candidates in our ATS system
" Create candidate pools
" Attend recruiting events
" Research companies to see out talent
" Assist with volume recruiting

High school diploma or equivalent.
" 5-10 years' experience with technical recruiting
" Experience with sourcing and building talent pipelines, and developing new channels of sourcing for our various positions
" Demonstrates a deep understanding of the external recruiting landscape
" Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ATS systems, fast learning and agility.
" Ability to communicate and be persuasive and interpret our value proposition.
" Ability to successfully source and attract passive external talent
" Experience leveraging sourcing data in weekly conversations with hiring managers and People Acquisition leadership
" ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

" Bachelor's Degree
" Willing to switch between Recruiting and Sourcing
" Good Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

High school diploma/GED and school must be accredited.

5/40 work week.
7 AM to 4PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
