Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for an opening in Burnsville, MN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The material handler performs a number of different functions in the warehouse/stockroom, including:
-Receiving parts into the stores area
-Sorting and stocking parts
-Issuing materials to work orders
-Filling materials cards for the manufacturing floor
-Assisting in cycle counting
-Packaging and shipping materials for customers

REQUIREMENTS:
Material experience a plus.
Must demonstrate mathematical abilities- add, subtract, multiply, and divide using all units of measure (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
Candidate must show excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as possess and demonstrate computer skills.
Candidate must work in a teaming environment and be willing to share in all work related responsibilities.
Candidate must have computer skills.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED

SHIFT:
9/80-1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
