Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Planning Analyst for an opening in Clearwater, FL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Maintain office Databases and utilize specialized tracking systems to include Indysoft, property management database, and other tracking software. Manage Metrology intake and outtake, property inventories and Audits. Skills: intermediate PC skills to include Excel, Word, and other office suites; Efficient with Outlook; Must have the ability to learn the basics of multiple scanning and record storage software; Professional approach; Dependable; Flexible; Ability to work in a team environment; Strong organizational skills; Preferred self-starter and quick learner; Performs responsible and independent record keeping duties involved in the preparation, scanning and maintenance of a variety of records.

SHIFT:
4/10

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
