- Chipton-Ross is seeking an IT Release Management Analyst for an opening in Remote, US- or at any client facility.
This position can be REMOTE or located at any client facility.
Duties: The IT Release Management Analyst will report to the Manager of IT Release and Change Management. In this role, you must have a strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will provide day-to-day monitoring of release and change activities throughout the IT organization, including the I.T. Outsource contractors to ensure compliance to release and change processes are met.
Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each) 70% - SDLC adherence monitoring of requests across all areas of IT through the service request tracking system 15% - Supports Business Process Readiness review for enterprise project initiatives 10% - Supports Sarbanes Oxley, IT General Computing Control audits and other IT-related audits and reviews as prescribed in the Annual Audit Plan for controls related to change and release management 5% - Change Advisory Board (CAB) administration
Background in ITIL with an emphasis in Change and System Development Life Cycle management preferred
Ability to perform process optimization
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal direction
Ability to analyze risk and respond within the confines of compliance
Must have good communication and strong customer service skills
Knowledge of basic IT terminology
Rigorous attention to detail a must
Skills must include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Prior working knowledge of service request tracking system

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
