- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 for an opening in North Charleston, SC or Warner Robins, GA.
Review and analyze large volume of aircraft maintenance data
Perform reliability and failure analysis that includes root cause corrective action recommendations, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis
Identify and determine improvements necessary to increase aircraft availability
Participate in MSG-3 & RCM analysis
5+ years of experience with reliability analyses including mission reliability parameters, mean time between failure, schedule reliability.
Proficient with MS Excel, MS Access, MySQL/ PL SQL / ORACLE
Experience in military avionics and/or aircraft systems
Proficient in data visualization tools including Excel and/or Tableau
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Air Force's G081 system is a plus
Accredited education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+3 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
