- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst for an opening in Burbank, CA.
Sr. Manager of CRM for Global Franchise (DC focused) is responsible for helping to develop and optimize a multi-channel CRM program designed to drive Consumer Engagement and minimize churn. This role will oversee communications and programs to onboard new users, optimize the consumer lifecycle, increase content consumption and increase fan value across the GBE portfolio of businesses including but not limited to DC Universe Infinite, Owned & Operated ecommerce, franchise development, CP, and DC publishing.
5-7 years Manager and Senior Manager level finance backgrounds within large global companies.
Possess all skills and abilities of the Sr. Accountant and/or Sr. Analyst, plus
Experience with Direct to Consumer services and ecommerce a plus.
Must have experience managing CRM agencies as the majority of the actual CRM execution will be handled by our agency partners.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as that is our current ESP.
Strong financial systems background including SAP.
Ability to work through others and interact with senior executives
Highly data driven and able to manage both strategic plans and hands on execution.
Skilled at managing governance structures, define process improvement opportunities, system improvements and organizational alignment to achieve centralization.
Expert in designing technology, data and business processes for standardization
Translate business challenges into solutions and process improvements
Proven project and team management leadership success
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
