Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative III for an opening in Remote,NY.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of SAP documentation and testing of new functionality. Perform SAP SD/CS Master Data Maintenance which includes being responsible for maintaining the integrity of the SAP Customer Master, Material Master, and Printing Master Maintain data standards, including corrective action procedures with Users. Develop and execute routine auditing and cleansing of master data. Perform order processing activities in SAP. Proactively identify recurring problems and make recommendations for corrective action. Perform daily audits and correction of SAP sales orders to ensure a smooth flow of orders through the process. Responsible for creating/providing/monitoring departmental reports on a scheduled basis to support the team.


REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with SAP
Ability to perform audits and aide in the correction of SAP sales orders
+2 years experience preferred

EDUCATION:
HSD/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
