Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an opening in Plano, TX.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing the entire recruit process from start to finish at assigned location(s)
• Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings
• Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources
• Coordinating the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager
• Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager
• Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates
• Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance)
• Participate in Career Fairs when required
• Work with Taleo Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Manager, other HR managers and the recruitment team
• Follow company recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily
• Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings
• High potential for contact with general job seekers as well as qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Extensive proactive customer service and company informational skills will be essential.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years previous Engineering/ Technology Recruiting experience as a Corporate Recruiter in related Aerospace & Defense Company (Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics etc.)
• Proven ability to develop a proactive, sustained recruitment strategy for technical engineering roles
• Previous experience using PeopleFluent required (must be demonstrated specifically on resume with Company where this experience was obtained)
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in technical disciplines.

EDUCATION:
HSd/GED Required
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university is preferred

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
