Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Safety Systems & Data Specialist for an opening in Remote, PA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data entry/verification in SAP EHS
Data maintenance and troubleshooting of EHS SAP module (CAS#s, Raw materials, DG data, Ariel, etc)
Data maintenance and troubleshooting of Client label systems
Support for Client PS&RA process workflows. Including integration testing and system testing.

Support acquisition and divestiture projects related to SAP EHS module, including integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years relevant industry experience, understanding of EHS SAP to achieve defined business requirements for Environmental, Health & Safety and therefore will require someone with a strong background in SAP as well as EH&S experience

understanding of electronic database management (Excel, Access, SharePoint, O365 apps, etc.) including data entry, retrieval, accuracy, and reporting.

Competency in standard office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation packages)

Use of standard computer peripherals used for data acquisition, (e.g., a variety of scanners and printers)

Good listening and organizational skills, technical aptitude, and basic technical writing ability.

EDUCATION:
" Bachelor's degree Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or a related field of study.

SHIFT:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
