- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiter Assistant for an opening in Tokeka, KS.
Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites and interview confirmations. Monitoring to and responding to candidate emails. Assist Talent Acquisition Team with screening candidate resumes. Provide support for University Recruiting. Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate websites. Following up with candidates during the recruitment process. Assisting successful candidates with the pre-employment and onboarding process. Other various administrative recruiting-related activities.
2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment at minimum. Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes is. Experience using Taleo applicant tracking system is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
