Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Formulation Technician for an opening in Pleasanton, CA.

· Follow written SOPs and batch records and revise as needed.
· Perform manufacturing/ production tasks as scheduled
· Handle and work with biological and chemical reagents
· Take full responsibility for the manufacture of products as delegated by the Production Team Supervisor or Team Leader.
· Maintains quality service by established organization standards.
· Address and report to supervisor or Lead any problems in daily manufacturing and propose effective countermeasures.
· Periodically review and discuss your priorities with supervisor or team lead.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery.
· Communicate effectively with other production staff.
· Achieve high productivity by reliable and punctual attendance.
· Responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned daily (working O/T may be required).

· 1 year of lab experience required (may be obtained through work or school).
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas within the manufacturing work cells.
· Strong computer skills including familiarity with relevant software (Excel and Word) are required.
· Knowledge in SAP/TrackWise/Agile
· Ability to perform manual calculations for formulation.
· Ability to work independently is crucial.
· Documentation and following SOP’s.
· Communicates effectively with team members and management.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or equivalent knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
