Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Change & Comms Lead for an East Coast remote opening.

The Payroll Change & Comms Lead will be responsible for leading the Change management & Comms activities and associated internal communications for a major Payroll and Time & Attendance Implementation across North America. They will be responsible for proactively managing the business changes, risks and mitigation activities including stakeholder engagement, to ensure readiness for the change. The Payroll Change & Comms Lead is a critical role for ensuring the NA Payroll & Time implementation runs smoothly with minimal impact to colleagues. This position will play a key role in leading the change management activities to enable a successful and flawless implementation.

Responsible for all Change mgmt.& Communication activities to support the NA Payroll and Time & Attendance implementation - including the escalation and mitigation of risks. Responsible for developing and leading the change mgmt. plan for the NA implementation, covering – people, process, systems incl. enabling technology. Responsible for developing the change impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented, understood and effectively managed to resolution. Understanding all of changes and their impact is critical to this role. Responsible for change readiness assessments activities to provide feedback about readiness and activities required to ensure readiness for project ‘go live’ Responsible for general stakeholder engagement ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the necessary detail of the projects and relevant changes. Defines and delivers high quality communication content ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the necessary detail regarding project changes throughout the life cycle of the project. This includes internal and external stakeholders and includes communications via email, presentation, newsletters, monthly updates, etc. Manages Change Agent network to support the change management efforts. Responsible for the completion of all change management deliverables and report outs during program reviews, forums and toll gates.

Demonstrated experience in leading Change & Comms in complex programs. Deep understanding and passion for change management - a Change Management qualification an advantage. Fluency of the English language (verbal and written) Experience of leading Change in a complex Payroll implementation a plus. Excellent project planning and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written form and presentation. Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality content that communicates simply and clearly complex changes. Ability to operate independently and leading through ambiguity and change, and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Accredited Bachelor's degree required


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
