Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Engineer & Business Intelligence for a remote opening.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead scalable analytical and reporting solutions for use by 500+ finance employees and business customers. Develop Power BI solutions to inform finance about maintain central financial reporting dashboards utilized for revenue and cost drivers. Lead a reporting solution from ideation to data architecture and collection to development, visualization and end user training. Identify and present predictive drivers/leading indicators, trends, outliers, and patterns that uncover new insights to help guide enterprise-wide business insights. Provide expertise across data warehouse architecture and infrastructure maintenance that supports an evolving set of products with data infrastructure engineering teams. Build data governance with scalable processes, refresh scheduling, security, and monitoring of report quality. Enhance the analytics community with interaction and feedback mechanisms alongside training to enhance digital talent skills. Supervise and mentor BI talent in a growing global team. Build and manage multiple projects – including milestones, deliverables, and communications. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
PowerBI black belt needed

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Flex 10 First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
