Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of functions across the organization. Typical office functions include setting up and maintaining files; tracking and ordering office supplies; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering phone calls and mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures; and gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to given assignments. Duties can also include taking and transcribing dictation; arranging travel and submitting expense reports; supporting various metrics and document release processes; and maintaining organizational documents, such as org charts and floor plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED.
Requires proficiency with MS Office.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 work week. 8:00am – 5:00pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
