Chipton-Ross is seeking 7 Human Resources Assistant 3's for the following locations: Redondo Beach, CA, Roy, UT, Chandler, AZ, Dulles, VA.
Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
• Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with recruiting assistance, primarily scheduling candidate interviews
• Interview logistics: schedule phone and in-person interviews, candidate coordination and travel, hiring manager and candidate invitation calendaring
• Events logistics: planning and coordinating recruiting events including career fairs, invitationals and interview days
• Support the TA team with general Talent Acquisition support
4 years' of recent experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Assistant (REQUIRED)
Experience with Outlook, Outlook Calendars, Skype, Zoom
Experience with high volume appointment setting or interview scheduling
Ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, excellent customer service skills on phone and via email
High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
