Chipton-Ross is seeking four Engineer Embedded Software 2's for an opportunity in Camarillo, CA.
o Embedded Realtime System Software Rehost
o Work in an Agile environment as part of a scrum team
o Resolve software and system defects
o Collaborate with our customer, internal sites and disciplines
o Participate and contribute to peer reviews, critical milestone reviews, and technical inter-change meetings
o Tools Utilized are project dependent and may include various VM/CM tools such as Rational Clear Case (ClearQuest for defect and change management), GIT, and MFS, Rhapsody/UML for design, Green Hills Integrity RTOS, ADA, C/C++, C#, Java, DOORs, Windows and LINUX.
o BS degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) plus 2 years’ experience, or a Master’s degree.
o Must have experience with a higher order language such as Ada, C/C++, C#, RDBMS, MFS, Agile, UML, and real time embedded software development
o Knowledge of object-oriented development
o Ability to function as a member of an integrated team
o Strong verbal communication and customer service skills in a teamwork environment
o Experience working full software life cycle experience on large scale formal DoD program
o Experience programming with C++ language.
o Experience working in an Agile environment
o Electronic Warfare system development and design experience
o Knowledge of Radar, Signal Processing, Advanced Receivers/Transmitters
School must be accredited.
9/80 work week. Position is 100% onsite - No remote work.
