Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer for an opening in Hazelwood, MO.
Digital and Analog design of avionics
Digital and Analog design of test equipment
Documentation of Electrical Designs
Requirements Derivation of Electrical Designs
Requirements Analysis and Verification of Electrical Designs
Avionics Qualification Testing
5 or more years of experience in Electrical Engineering
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Circuit design, including some of the following:
High end FPGAs, SOC FPGAs, state-of-the-art memory devices
Standard communications and storage protocols
Low power FPGAs, CPLDs
Power sequencing, monitoring, management
Previous experience with Power distribution design
Previous experience with system and circuit level fault isolation
Previous experience with box level and card level test planning and procedures
Previous experience with developing and coordinating supplier design requirements
Accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
